The order & shipping process was seamless, that's the Great part. The actual film, BW 35mm film designed by Eastman Kodak for cinema, is honestly not a wonderful fit for still photography. Unless you want a particular look that this film offers, there are much better BW films that provide reliably pleasing, full dynamic range results. I'm glad I tried it but I honestly don't love the tricky response curve of Double X.
