This announcement is IMPORTANT if you are from the European Union.
Since July 2021, all goods sold to the EU are subject to VAT. To comply with the regulation, Reflx Lab will charge VAT upon checkout (about 20%, depending on which EU member state you are from) if your order is ≤ €150. Every month, we will declare our sales to the authorities and pay the tax we have collected from our buyers.
The good thing is that when you pay VAT upon checkout, you will NOT pay it plus ridiculously expensive handling fee upon delivery, and your package will be handled quicker during customs clearance.
However, if your order is > €150, NO tax will be charged by us, and you have to handle it upon delivery by yourself unfortunately. For a large order, please contact hi@reflxlab.com, or DM us on Instagram.
