Q1: Does this product have warranty?

A1: Yes, we offer 6 month warranty. 

Q2: What is the difference between Gen1 and Gen2?

A2: Gen2 is slightly bigger, and it has a larger battery life and better build quality. 

Q3: When I use the flash to take pictures, they are too bright or too dark, how can I set the exposure?

A3: We suggest using M mode. Recommended exposure setting: Shutter speed 1/80s or 1/100s, ISO 100, Aperture f2.8. If it is too dark, then use higher ISO. If it is too bright, then adjust the aperture from f2.8 to f4.
