We offer exchange or refund if you receive a DAMAGED or INCORRECT product. In this situation, please send us photo of the products viaĀ email within three days upon delivery.
Please understand that the returns caused by the following reasons cannot be handled:
1) The actual appearance or colour of the products may differ from that shown in the photos, the actual products will prevail.
2)Ā Customerās own preference. Please understand that there may be difference between the actual product and the photo. The product cannot be exchanged or refunded if you do not like it.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
