Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Exceptions may apply during pre-order periods or special events, which will be clearly communicated at checkout.

Shipping Options

  1. Standard Shipping

    • Cost: $5 flat rate per order ($8 to the EU)

    • Carriers: 4PX Express or Yun Express (partnered with local postal services in your country)

    • Estimated Delivery Times:

      • 3–10 business days: Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia

      • 7–14 business days: United States, European Union, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand

      • 14–50 business days: All other destinations

  2. Expedited Shipping

    • Cost: $40 flat rate per order

    • Carriers: DHL, UPS, USPS, or FedEx

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 4–10 business days worldwide

    • Note: Remote addresses may incur additional delivery surcharges, which will be calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates and do not include order processing duration.

  • Customs fees, import taxes, or postal delays are the customer’s responsibility and may vary by country. Please check our European Union VAT policy. 

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
